This is bespoke training for front line customer service staff. You have probably been told that part of your job is to look for documents that are either forgeries or have been tampered with. However have you ever had any proper training? Would you know how to look for UV marks? Do you know the differences between the new UK passport and existing ones?

Thoughtcrew has put together a half day session for local government and businesses using one of the UK ’s leading practitioners as the session trainer. In a fun, interactive and hands on session you will learn what to look for and how to help identify document fraud. With the average benefit fraud being £4,000 the course pays for itself extremely quickly. Possibly the same day!
