Your first 100 days
If you have just started in a new business, department or project you might find
the following five steps a useful place to start.
1 Decide what your product or service is
2 Decide who your customers will be
3 Plan how you will sell your product to the target customers
4 Define how you will measure your success
5 Implement the people and resources to deliver the plan
you can probably do this in less than 100 days if you are focused
Product = customer desired outcome
Customers = stakeholders
Plan = strategy
Measure = difference between now and some point in th efuture - looking at all the
key aspects of value ( defined by the desired outcome)
Implement - actually doing something
Resources - includes training
